This weeks episode is about how we deal with the loss of someone we loved, and how the cause of grief can also be other things besides death, like abandonment or a breakup. We also talked a little bit on how these conversations are good conversations, and while they are hard, it's an important conversation to have.

We attempted to talk about what helps us when we deal with our emotions.... then we got off topic..... lets just say this first episode is all over the place!
